Important Notice: Change to Deposit Addresses in Altcoins Wallet

As part of Altcoins.bg's transition to a fully regulated infrastructure and services in accordance with the new regulatory requirements, we will discontinue the current deposit addresses for Altcoins Wallet.

Following the completion of the licensing procedure with the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC), new deposit addresses will be activated for each supported cryptoasset. For this reason, the current deposit addresses will remain active for 7 more days, after which they will be permanently deactivated. Once this period expires, deposits must no longer be sent to the old addresses.

This change is part of the overall modernization of our platform as we transition to a regulated infrastructure. In addition to the new deposit addresses, we are implementing a number of improvements that will further enhance the security, reliability, and quality of our services.

Regarding the licensing process, we continue to work closely with the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC). We are receiving the regulator's full cooperation throughout the final stages of the licensing procedure and remain in continuous communication regarding all remaining requirements.

Since 2017, we have been serving our clients without interruption, and we understand that the current temporary limitation of certain services may cause inconvenience.

At this stage, we require a short period to align our processes with the new regulatory requirements. Transitioning to a licensed crypto-asset service provider is a complex process that requires careful preparation, the implementation of new systems, and the adaptation of our internal processes to the regulatory framework.

We are working simultaneously on both the technical implementation and the completion of the required documentation so that, immediately after obtaining our license, we can begin the gradual reactivation of all existing services while maintaining the level of quality, speed, and reliability our clients expect.

We will continue to keep you informed of every important milestone, including the activation of the new deposit addresses and the gradual restoration of our services.
