Yes, absolutely. Altcoins.bg is registered with the National Revenue Agency as a provider of cryptocurrency-to-fiat exchange services and as a wallet provider offering custodial services. This means there are no legal barriers to processing client payments for cryptocurrencies, regardless of the amount, as long as we comply with the regulations imposed by the Anti-Money Laundering Measures Act (ZMiP).

Another thing to know is that, under the Anti-Money Laundering Measures Act, once you reach a turnover of 30,000 BGN on the platform, we are required to ask you to sign a declaration of the origin of funds. This is a necessary document we must have in your file to continue working together.
An important point that may encourage you to choose our services is that, after reaching a turnover of 100,000 BGN, we can offer you discounts on commissions and the prices displayed on the platform.
How Do Transactions for Larger Amounts Work?
