How to Verify Your Account on Altcoins.bg
In today’s guide, we’ll show you how to complete the verification process quickly and easily.
Step 1: Start the Verification
To begin, log into your Altcoins.bg account and click Verification from the menu on the left side of your dashboard.
Click the Got it button when prompted — this will redirect you to our secure verification provider.
Step 2: Select Your Country of Residence
You’ll be asked to choose your current country of residence. Select the appropriate option and click Continue.
Step 3: Enter Your Personal Details
You’ll now need to enter your personal information.
Important: Your name must be entered using Latin characters, exactly as shown on your ID.
Step 4: Provide Your Address
Enter your full residential address, then click Continue.
Step 5: Confirm Tax Residency
You’ll be asked whether you live in the United States or another country.
If not in the U.S., simply select Other and proceed.
Step 6: Identity Document Verification
Now it’s time to verify your identity document.
We strongly recommend selecting Continue on your phone — it’s faster and more convenient.
You’ll be given two options:

Step 7: Capture Your Document
On your phone, you’ll be guided through the process. First, choose the type of ID document you want to upload (passport, ID card, etc.).
Follow the instructions to photograph both sides of your document.
Ensure the images are clear, well-lit, and fully within the frame.
Step 8: Face Verification
Next, you’ll go through a short facial verification process.
Position your head within the frame, then follow the on-screen instructions to move your head in circular motions. This helps the system confirm your identity securely.
Step 9: Done!
Once completed, you’ll see a confirmation screen — both on your phone and your computer.
That’s it! Your identity verification is now complete. You’ll be notified once it’s approved, and then you’ll be ready to trade on Altcoins.bg.
