Altcoins.bg - Information Request Portal
As part of our ongoing commitment to the development of cryptocurrencies and assisting government agencies in addressing the increasingly complex issues related to them, we have created this portal. Here, any government official can request information in the proper manner regarding Altcoins.bg and the companies through which it operates—Hype Trade EOOD and Landiks EOOD—as well as the related responsible individuals. We will provide full cooperation and, if needed, consultation on ongoing investigations related to cryptocurrency fraud.
To ensure we can be as helpful as possible, please follow these guidelines:
- Always send requests from your official email. We will not respond to requests from unofficial sources.
- Please ensure requests are properly formatted, signed, and stamped as required, so we can log them in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Measures Act (ZMiP) and GDPR.
- Send requests to request@altcoins.bg.
Within 7 days of receiving your request, we will provide all relevant information on the case in an official manner, signed with an electronic signature.
You may also use the above email for informal consultation needs regarding cases not directly related to Altcoins.bg, its companies, or the individuals through which it operates.
