How to add a whitelisted withdrawal address on Altcoins.bg

At Altcoins.bg, we have always placed security and user convenience first.

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve the platform and provide an even higher level of protection, we are introducing mandatory whitelisting for crypto withdrawal addresses.

What Does This Mean?

Before making a withdrawal to a specific address, it must first be added and confirmed in your whitelist. The process takes around a minute and adds an extra layer of security and control over the addresses used for withdrawals.

In the following steps, we will show you exactly how the process of adding and confirming a whitelist address works.

How Does Whitelisting Work?

Step 1 – Log In to Your Account

After logging into your Altcoins.bg account, you will see the profile and quick exchange buttons in the top-right corner.

Click on the profile icon to open the dropdown menu.

Step 2 – Open the “Whitelist Addresses” Section

From the dropdown menu, select the “Whitelist Addresses” section.

There, you will be able to manage all addresses to which you want to withdraw cryptoassets.

Step 3 – Add a New Address

Click the “Add New Address” button.

A form for adding a new whitelist address will then appear.

Step 4 – Fill in the Information

Select:

- the asset
- the network
- the address
- a custom label for easier recognition

Then click “Continue”.

Step 5 – Choose the Wallet Type

You will need to specify where the wallet is located:

- personal wallet
- exchange
- merchant
- third party

Then proceed to the next step.

Step 6 – 2FA Confirmation

Carefully review the entered information and submit the confirmation request.

After that, enter your 6-digit code from Google Authenticator or any other 2FA method you use.

Step 7 – Email Confirmation

After successfully confirming with 2FA, you will receive an activation email for the address.

Open the email and click the confirmation link.

Step 8 – The Address Is Activated

After successful confirmation, the address will be activated and will appear in your whitelist.

You will then be able to safely withdraw directly to it through the platform.
