- Bank Transfer
If you’ve selected the bank transfer payment method, you’ll find our bank details in the order confirmation email and within your order details.
You’ll need to log into your online banking. We recommend paying for cryptocurrency purchase orders via online banking, as it’s much faster and less cumbersome than paying at a bank counter.
Once logged into your online banking, select the option to send a transfer.
Enter the name of our company as the recipient and the IBAN listed in your order in the bank account field.
Input the amount you wish to purchase cryptocurrency with, and in the payment reference field, enter the order number from the website. This is typically a 10-character code starting with "AC."

After completing the payment order, you’ll need to sign it (usually with a token or SMS code confirmation) and send it to your bank for execution.
Once this is done, the payment to us is complete.
You can find information on when we’ll receive it on our FAQ page.

To pay for your cryptocurrency purchase order, go to the nearest Cash Terminal machine. You can find their locations [HERE].
At the terminal, click on OTHER, then CRYPTOCURRENCIES, select the Altcoins.bg icon, and enter the code provided in your order. Insert the banknotes one by one, keeping in mind that you can deposit more than the order amount, and the system will automatically recalculate it, but you cannot deposit even 1 BGN less.
After depositing the amount, complete the process and take the receipt for your payment.
Within a few minutes, you should receive an email from us confirming the completed order. A few minutes later, you’ll receive the cryptocurrency.
EasyPay Cash Desk
After successfully completing your cryptocurrency purchase order via an EasyPay cash desk, you’ll see the following window:

This is the payment code for your order. Take this code to an EasyPay cash desk and inform the cashier that you need to pay a merchant using a 10-digit code.
Provide the code, pay the amount, and you’re done.
It’s important to know that you must go to a direct EasyPay cash desk; payments cannot currently be made at their franchise partners for cryptocurrency purchases.
Here’s how to identify a direct EasyPay cash desk:
Open the map of EasyPay offices and find the ones closest to you. When clicking on the marked locations, check that the "Organization" field lists EasyPay AD.
