Prices, Payments, Deliveries
- The Altcoins.bg store is managed by Landix EOOD, with its registered office at 2 Ivan Rilski St., Varna, and management address at 56 Tihomir St., Varna, UIC 205491943, managed by Rostislav Petrov Totev.
- You can purchase your selected product from our store and pay using bonus points or by bank transfer.
- If you choose delivery to your address, you will pay the order amount to our courier (we use Econt as a subcontractor with the cash-on-delivery service, in which case delivery is at your expense).
- Delivery is free for orders exceeding 500 BGN.
- Deliveries are carried out and fulfilled within the same week following the order.
- For cash-on-delivery, a receipt for the product will be issued by the courier company, which you can attach to the warranty card or invoice if you requested one. Delivery costs are calculated based on the tariff plans of the courier companies (Econt, Speedy). The product’s price determines the delivery cost due to the cash-on-delivery fee charged by the courier. For example: Delivery to Plovdiv to a courier office for a device worth 200 BGN costs 3.53 BGN + cash-on-delivery fee (1.2% of the device’s value, in this case 2.40 BGN), totaling 5.93 BGN. This is an example, and actual costs may vary depending on the current prices and conditions of the courier companies.
- Delivery to an address by a courier company significantly increases the service cost.
- All prices on the site are final, listed in Bulgarian lev, and valid only at the time of publication. The Altcoins.bg store reserves the right to change prices at any time based on factors influencing their adjustment.
- When purchasing a product from the online store, a warranty is issued by Altcoins.bg.
- Dear customers, under Article 113, Paragraph 4 of the VAT Act, an invoice can be issued no later than five days after the issuance of the receipt within the calendar month.
- The prices of all products (accessories, flash drives, etc.) on the site are final, including VAT. A receipt is issued upon purchase, and a tax invoice can be provided upon the customer’s request.
- Product prices remain the same whether ordered online or purchased in-store.
Warranty and Warranty Conditions

When equipment or other electronics are purchased by a legal entity (company), the warranty is 12 months.
- The warranty covers all factory defects and those arising during use in the software and hardware. The warranty does not apply to accessories such as data cables, adapters, and similar items.
- Conditions under which the warranty is voided:

If a manufacturer decides to change a characteristic of a model at a later stage, the Altcoins.bg store is not responsible for this change and is not obligated to replace the respective device. Such changes are usually minimal, not indicated on the packaging, and we have no way of knowing about them, as the responsibility lies with the manufacturer. By purchasing a device from our store, you agree to these conditions.
- The timeframe for resolving a defect is 30 working days or as specified by the manufacturer.

Pursuant to Article 50 of the Consumer Protection Act, within 14 working days, the customer has the right to return the product as described in Articles 47 to 52, Paragraph 1, Item 7 of the Consumer Protection Act, without owing compensation or penalties and without stating a reason for withdrawing from the contract, by completing a withdrawal form (contact us at support@altcoins.bg (mailto:support@altcoins.bg) for the form).
Please note that the product must not be damaged, opened, used, or have compromised packaging! When purchasing a software product such as a cryptocurrency hardware wallet, the user is not entitled to return the product if it has been unpacked. Cryptocurrency wallets are vulnerable software products, and a compromised package could indicate tampering, which may harm a potential subsequent buyer. By ordering an electronic cryptocurrency wallet, the user agrees to the general terms, including that claims are only valid for defects covered by the warranty conditions, and withdrawal from the purchase is possible only if the packaging remains intact.

1. Terminate the contract and have the paid amount refunded;
2. Reduce the price.
(2) The consumer cannot claim a refund of the paid amount or a price reduction if the seller agrees to replace the consumer product with a new one or repair it within one month from the filing of the claim.
