How to Send Cryptocurrency to Altcoins.bg?
If you’re still a beginner in the world of cryptocurrencies, this is a perfectly normal question that can confuse you. After our article explaining how to place an order to buy or sell cryptocurrency, we decided to spell out the exact procedure so you won’t feel uncertain or worry about making a mistake.
- How do I send from my own crypto wallet?
After you’ve created your sell order at Altcoins.bg, you should see the following screen:
As you can see, for your convenience we’ve added a button to copy our address with one click and avoid possible mistakes. You can also scan the QR code with your wallet.
Important! Never retype a wallet address by hand! Use barcode scanning or automatic copy‑and‑paste. After pasting the address into your wallet, always compare the first and last five characters with the one we provided.
Now it’s time to open your wallet and send the amount of cryptocurrency you ordered to our wallet.
For the example we’ll use the Exodus software we recommend on the site, but feel free to use any wallet or exchange you like. What matters is not so much the wallet as how you secure your coins.
After opening your wallet, you should see a screen like this:
As shown, click SEND. A window will open where you must complete the transaction.
Every crypto wallet has a field for the wallet address you want to send to and one for the amount.
Some coins are an exception and require an additional field such as destination tag, memo, payment ID, etc.
Back to the instructions.
When you see the window above, you’re ready to make the transfer.
Return to our site and copy the wallet address using the button in the order window.
Paste it into your wallet with CTRL + V. Then copy the amount from the order and paste it into the amount field with the same shortcut.
Don’t forget to check that the first and last five characters of the address we gave you match the address in the wallet.
If they match, confirm the transaction with SEND.
Your wallet will pop up another window asking you to confirm the transfer.
That’s it!
Now go back to the Altcoins.bg platform and watch for your order status to change. When we detect a blockchain confirmation for your transaction, our system will automatically update the order and send the lev amount via the payout method you selected.
And the question is: “When will I receive my payment in BGN?”
Via ePay or EasyPay: within about 30 minutes; via bank transfer: within a few working‑day hours.

How do I send cryptocurrency from an exchange to Altcoins.bg?
The process is essentially the same, so we’ll cover it briefly.
After logging in to your exchange, cloud‑mining site, etc., open the withdrawal option.
We recommend transferring your funds to your own wallet first and only then placing an order with us. Why? Some platforms delay payouts by several hours up to 24 hours, which means we might receive the coins at any time and any random price during that window, leaving you with no control over the conversion rate.
So once again, we suggest sending your coins to your own wallet and, when the price is right, creating an order with us and following the instructions above.
However, because some network fees are currently high, we’ll also show this direct‑from‑exchange option for anyone who wants to “try their luck.” :)
Let’s look at how to send coins from Binance to an Altcoins.bg wallet, using USDT, since many newcomers struggle with sending USDT from Binance to us.
After placing your sell order with us, you’ll see this window:
*The address used is for illustration only. DO NOT send crypto!
Next, log in to Binance and click Wallet / Fiat and Spot as shown:
You’ll see a screen like this:
Click Withdraw.
In the next menu choose the coin to withdraw, in this case USDT.
After selecting the coin, you’ll get this menu:
Here you must enter the destination address, the network, and the amount.
Copy the address from your Altcoins.bg order using the button on the right and paste it into Recipient’s USDT Address.
Choose the network carefully: the network you send on must match the one we support to avoid loss. Altcoins.bg supports USDT on 10 networks.
*The address used is for illustration only. DO NOT send crypto!
Binance will deduct a 12 USDT withdrawal fee, so we added 12 USDT to the amount you ordered to sell at Altcoins.bg so the received total matches the order.
Once everything looks correct, click Submit. You may need to confirm with a Google Authenticator or email code.
That’s it!
