How to Send Cryptocurrency to Altcoins.bg?
If you’re still new to the world of cryptocurrencies, this is a perfectly normal question that might seem confusing. Following our article explaining how to place an order for buying or selling cryptocurrency, we’ve decided to clarify the exact procedure so you don’t feel uncertain about making a mistake.
- How to Send from Your Own Crypto Wallet?
After placing your order to sell cryptocurrency on Altcoins.bg, you should see the following window:

As you can see, for your convenience, we’ve included a button to copy our wallet address with a single click, avoiding potential errors. You can also scan the QR code using your wallet.
Important! Never manually type a wallet address! Use the barcode scanning function or automatic address copying. After pasting the address into your wallet, always compare the first and last 5 characters to ensure they match the one we provided.
Now, you need to log into your wallet and send the ordered amount of cryptocurrency to our wallet.
For this example, we’ll use the Exodus software, which we’ve recommended on our site, but don’t take it as the only option—you can use any wallet or exchange you prefer. The wallet itself is less important than how you secure your cryptocurrencies.
Once you’ve opened your wallet, you should see the following window:

As noted in the image, click on SEND. A window will open where you can perform the transaction.

As shown, every crypto wallet has fields for entering the wallet address you want to send cryptocurrency to and the amount.
Some currencies are exceptions, requiring an additional field like a destination tag, memo, payment ID, etc., alongside the wallet address.
After this brief detour, let’s return to the instructions.
When you see the field shown in the image above, you’re ready to execute the transaction.
Go back to our website and copy the wallet address using the button in the order menu.
Paste it into your wallet using CTRL + V. Then, copy the amount from the order and paste it into the amount field using the same key combination.

Don’t forget to verify that the first and last 5 characters of the address we provided in the order match the one entered in your wallet.
If they match, you can confirm the transaction with SEND.
The wallet will display another window where you simply confirm the transaction.
That’s it!
Now, return to the Altcoins.bg platform and monitor the status of your order. Once we detect confirmation of your transaction in the blockchain, our system will automatically update your order and send the equivalent amount in fiat via the method you selected.
This brings up the question: “When will I receive my payment in BGN?”
Via EPay or EasyPay: within about 30 minutes.
Via bank transfer: within a few hours on a business day.

How to Send Cryptocurrency from an Exchange to Altcoins.bg?
The process is essentially the same, so we’ll cover it more briefly.
After logging into your account on the exchange, cloud mining site, etc., go to the withdrawal option.
Note that we always recommend transferring your cryptocurrencies to your own wallet first before placing an order with us and sending the coins. Why? Some platforms delay withdrawals from a few hours to 24 hours. This means we could receive the cryptocurrency at any time during that period at any random price. As a result, you cannot control the price at which your cryptocurrencies are converted, relying solely on chance.
Therefore, we reiterate that we recommend sending your cryptocurrency to your own wallet first. When the price is favorable, place an order with us and follow the instructions from the section above.
However, transaction fees in some networks are currently quite high, so we’ve included this option for those who still want to “try their luck” :)
After this detour, let’s get to the point. We’ll go through how to send coins from Binance to an Altcoins.bg wallet. We’ll use USDT as an example, as many new crypto enthusiasts struggle with sending it from Binance to us.
After placing a sell order for the currency with us, you’ll see this window:

This address is for example purposes only. DO NOT send cryptocurrency!
Next, log into your Binance account, click on Wallet / Fiat and Spot, as shown in the image below:

A window like this will open:

Click on Withdraw.
In the next menu, select the currency you want to withdraw from the exchange, in this case, USDT.

After typing and selecting the currency in the “Search coin name” field, the following menu will load:
Here, you need to enter the address to which you’ll send the currency, the network for the transfer, and the transaction amount.
To enter the address, go back to your Altcoins.bg order, copy the address we provided using the button on the right, and paste it into the “Recipient’s USDT Address” field.

You’ll need to select the network for sending your currency from the listed options. Ensure the networks match to avoid losses. Altcoins.bg supports USDT on 10 networks.
This address is for example purposes only. DO NOT send cryptocurrency!
Note that Binance will deduct 12 USDT as a transaction fee. Therefore, we’ve added 12 USDT to the amount ordered for sale on Altcoins.bg to ensure the ordered amount matches the amount actually received in the wallet.
After verifying all transfer details, click Submit. You may need to confirm the transfer with a Google Authenticator code or email code.
That’s it!
